By accessing, browsing, or using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your professional background
• Respond to our requests for information in a timely manner
• Review and provide feedback on drafts within the specified timeframe
• Not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or credentials
• Use our services for lawful purposes only
• Not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our services without permission
• All revision requests, change requests, feedback, and formal communications regarding your order must be submitted via email to support@cvefy.com. CVefy acknowledges and processes only email-based communications as the official record of correspondence. While our team may be reachable on WhatsApp, phone, or other channels for general queries, CVefy bears no responsibility for any delay, miscommunication, or missed request arising from instructions shared through any channel other than email. Clients are strongly advised to submit all order-related instructions in writing via email to ensure timely and accurate processing.

By placing an order with CVefy, you agree to the following payment terms:

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• Payment is required in full before work begins on your order
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking
• All payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice

IMPORTANT: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. CVefy maintains a strict NO REFUND policy for all services.

Due to the nature of our personalized, custom-crafted services, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once an order is placed and payment is processed:

• No refunds will be issued for completed work
• No refunds will be issued for work in progress
• No refunds will be issued for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the service approach
• No refunds will be issued if you fail to provide required information within the specified timeframe
• No refunds will be issued for services already delivered
• No partial refunds are available

Alternative Resolution: Instead of refunds, we offer unlimited revisions until you are satisfied with the final deliverable.

The sole exception to this No Refund Policy is the Interview Call Guarantee, which applies only under the specific eligibility conditions listed at cvefy.com/money-back-guarantee. That guarantee is a separate contractual commitment with its own terms. No other refund, partial credit, or chargeback claim will be entertained outside those conditions.

• Revision requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the final document
• Revisions must be within the scope of the original order
• Major changes to career direction or complete rewrites may require additional charges
• Revisions will be completed within 2-3 business days

If the client fails to provide required information within 30 days of purchase, or fails to respond to two consecutive CVefy communications over a 21-day period, the order shall be deemed abandoned. Abandoned orders are not eligible for refunds. CVefy may deliver the document based on available information or close the order at its discretion.

Delivery timelines begin after we receive all required information from you.

Upon full payment and delivery, you own the rights to the final documents created specifically for you. However, CVefy retains the right to use anonymized versions of our work for portfolio, marketing, and training purposes.

Clients who wish to opt out of portfolio or marketing use of their anonymized work may notify us at support@cvefy.com and we will honor the request within 7 business days.

While we strive to create high-quality, ATS-optimized documents that improve your chances of securing interviews, CVefy does not guarantee employment, interviews, or any specific outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CVefy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

We treat all information you provide as confidential. Your personal and professional details will not be shared with third parties except as required to provide our services or as required by law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

14.1 Amicable Resolution — In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith discussions within thirty (30) days of written notice.

14.2 Arbitration — If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue shall be Pune, Maharashtra, India.

14.3 Jurisdiction — The courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, it shall not affect other provisions which shall remain in full force and effect.

The failure of CVefy to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

CVefy creates career documents based exclusively on information provided by the client. The client is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of all information provided. CVefy does not independently verify any professional credentials, employment history, or educational qualifications. Any errors arising from incorrect or incomplete client-provided information are the client's sole responsibility.

The client agrees not to use CVefy's services to fraudulently misrepresent qualifications, create false credentials, or engage in any form of employment fraud. CVefy bears no liability for any legal consequences arising from fraudulent use of delivered documents. CVefy reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if fraudulent intent is suspected, without any refund obligation.

All prices listed on the website are exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). GST at 18% (or the prevailing applicable rate) will be levied as per Indian tax law and will be reflected in the invoice raised for each order.

CVefy shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond CVefy's reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, internet or platform outages, natural disasters, or government actions. CVefy will communicate promptly in such events and make reasonable efforts to fulfill the order within an extended timeline.

CVefy's sole official channel for all order-related communication is email at support@cvefy.com. This includes submission of documents and information, revision requests, feedback on drafts, escalations, and complaints. Communications received via WhatsApp, phone calls, SMS, social media, or any other channel are not binding on CVefy and will not be treated as formal instructions. CVefy shall not be held liable for any delay, error, or omission arising from the client's failure to use the official email channel. Clients are encouraged to retain copies of all email correspondence for their records.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CVefy concerning the use of our services.

CVefy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
